If this company helped you, you must refile your BOC-3 with a new Process Agent. They are the only company in Oregon listed on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration website.

If you used the company above, you will need to pick another and refile. There will be a more in-depth article in the July AOL Mainline issue. 

*A Process Agent is a representative upon whom court papers may be served in any proceeding brought against a motor carrier, broker, or freight forwarder. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requires every motor carrier (of property or passengers) that trucks out-of-state shall make a Process Agent designation for each State in which it is authorized to operate and for each State traversed during such operations.
