AOL's Industry Trading cards are designed to showcase the numerous careers and opportunities in the woods. There are 3 'Types' which includes TOOLS (brown), TRADES (teal), and TECHNOLOGY (green), and indicates the primary crew that each of these are associated with (Roading, Harvester, Logging, Forestry etc.). The cards also compare 6 aspects of the work (Physical Fitness, Outdoor work, Technology, Previous Experience, Leadership and Work Independently) on a '# / 5' scale. We have information on our website which helps to educate about related careers, and open jobs for those who want to engage more. We believe these cards will spark curiosity and excitement to learn more about the expansive opportunities which exist in Forest Careers. Trading Cards

The Industry Trading Cards which are BROWN indicate TOOLS used in Harvest Operations. Many kinds of TOOLS are purpose built specialty equipment which is mechanized and provides logging operations effective methods to move valuable product from harvest to market. There are many opportunities for more than just a job - build a meaningful career in the woods using TOOLS. TOOLS

The Industry Trading Cards which are TEAL indicate TRADES, or jobs and careers in the forest. There are many great jobs and careers and developmental opportunities for those who want to work and grow a career. There are many companies where someone came to the woods and started in a labor position and worked up to being a skilled equipment operator. Working in the woods more than ever before utilizes exciting and innovation. There is TECH on a large and small scale - from a 80 foot Yarder to a Drone flying a hay-line or delivering equipment on another part of a job - technology provides support for logging, harvest and even firefighting operations - there are many useful and innovative changes in the woods. Tech and equipment requires people to operate it - and also understand the aspects of the operations.
