Oregon State University Extension in partnership with Associated Oregon Loggers is launching a Virtual Reality (VR) training program, to introduce high school students to careers in logging in a fun and engaging way. To ensure real-world safety priorities are built into the program, we’re forming the Logging Safety Advisory Committee and seeking experienced loggers and forest operators to join.

As a committee member, you’ll:
🔹 Provide insights on critical safety messages for students.
🔹 Ensure accuracy in safety protocols and logging operations.
🔹 Meet a few times over the next 4-6 months to provide guidance.
