Kathy Ballard, SHRM-CP
Business Operations Manager
Kathy Ballard, AOL Business Operations Manager, is responsible for the administrative, fiscal, and association membership operations of AOL. She is also a certified Human Resources professional (SHRM-CP) and manages internal human resources as well as contributing to HR resources and training for AOL members. Kathy has experience in management of nonprofit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, as well as for-profit entities, including running her own small business. Kathy is a graduate of both Linn-Benton Community College and Bushnell University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Kathy is a native Oregonian and has lived in the small, rural Monroe community for over 30 years, with her husband Scott, raising three children who have grown into wonderful adults. Kathy loves to garden, run, hike, and camp –any activity that involves family and the outdoors is her favorite!
